So We Have Hurricanes and Alligators in Miami…Who Cares?”

Often called “The Magic City,” Miami, Florida is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world.

But us locals have a secret.

It’s a pretty fantastic place to LIVE, too!

Yes, we do have occasional hurricanes and alligator sightings–but don’t let that deter you from joining us and making Miami Florida YOUR home, too.

Here are just a few reasons why Miami Florida is, in our humble opinion, the BEST place to put down roots.

Who would voluntarily submit to high state income taxes, inheritance or estate taxes when they could move to Florida?

And no, I’m not joking!

Florida doesn’t collect the same state taxes that you’re used to elsewhere.

So…when you move to Miami, you may occasionally run into some high winds during Hurricane Season, but you’ll be avoiding high taxes at the same time.

World-Class Culture, Right Here at Home

Did you know Miami is one of the most culturally diverse cities in North America, offering culinary, musical & architectural experiences available nowhere else in the US?

Grab some fresh pastelitos (Cuban pastries), pick up a cup of Cuban coffee and relax as you take in the sights and sounds of south Florida’s melting pot.

Sure, we have a pretty high population in Miami (especially if you’re used to small-town life), but you’ll never find a friendlier bunch with whom to share a zip code!

They Don’t Call it the SUNSHINE STATE for No Reason

Sick and tired of winters that hang on half the year?

With the warmest winter climate in the states, Miami is world-famous for its year-round tropical weather & breathtaking coastal views.

Sell your snow plow and trade it in for a surfboard. Or at least a beach umbrella–the beaches here are pristine 365 days a year.

So yes, your fears are warranted–occasionally an alligator shows up in a swimming pool. But for us here in Miami, we’d gladly say hello to occasional reptile any day if it means keeping our sunny paradise year-round.

There’s Room Here For YOU, Too!

Your decision’s an easy one, my friend. Sure, every town has its downfalls, but Miami has an extra helping of open arms, loving hearts & minty-fresh mojitos!

How can you say no?
