Is Brickell a good place to live?

I bet you’re wondering why everyone is flocking to this certain city. Let’s just say skyscrapers, bars, best shopping, and jobs. Walking distance to everything and this city has its own transportation called the metro mover.

As a real estate agent who does a ton of rentals and sales, I can honestly say I rent more places and sell more in this city than any other part of Miami. I don’t get it. So is Brickell a good place to live. Absolutely, if you can deal with the traffic and bridges your good to go. The one thing I do like is the nightlife and restaurants in this city.

SALES AND RENTALS

Rentals in Brickell can start off at $1500 for a studio at the Centro condo and can go up to $10,000 and more. I would say the average renter rents from $3000 -$6000. It’s No wonder investors buy in this neighborhood. My last sale was at The Ivy for 330K 2 bed/ 2 bath around 1100 SQFT, and my previous rental was for $5800 at the SLS Lux.
